About The Purchase of Winster.com

Greetings and welcome to the newly-relaunched winster.com, which is now owned by Reloaded Games, Inc. (“RGI”).  RGI purchased certain assets from the assignee (“Assignee”) of Winster, Inc. (“Prior Owner”), including winster.com, through a transaction called an assignment for the benefit of creditors on August 13, 2012.  As a result of that transaction, RGI did not assume any obligations relating to unredeemed certificates issued by or through the Prior Owner.
