It's Halloween Winsters!

Get ready for some treats this week as we hold our first campaign to celebrate the relaunch of Winster.com. We're starting with three days of Happy Hour promotions beginning today from 10am-11am PDT and again from 3pm-4pm PDT. Every player will get a free Halloween hat, free spins and play with no ads. 

Rack up as many points as you can because prizes are back! You may have noticed we added Sees Candy back in to the prize mix. We will follow up this week with more exciting prizes such as Papa Johns Pizza and Cooking.com gift cards. Keep playing because we're adding more each week.

Hello Again Winsters!
The response to the launch has been great and now we're putting our heads down and getting to work.

Joey and our customer service team have been responding to hundreds of tickets in the past few days regarding issues with the site. We have solved many of the major problems and are now getting into specific help requests from people who may need individual attention. Rest assured, we're here to help so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have problems or just want to say hello. 

And now for the news you've all been waiting for, prizes! We are in the process of looking at past deals with some of your favorite prize providers such as My Points, Papa Johns and Omaha Steaks. We're also looking at some great new options. I know this can't come soon enough for most of you but please know that after fixing bugs and getting things working, prizes are our next priority.

Opening Day

Hello again Winster Players,

Wow, what a day for us! Winster.com has been live for less than 24 hours and have already had hundreds of return players and received some great feedback. We're really overwhelmed with the sense of community that Winster inspires and want to make sure we keep you all in the loop as we go forward.

We've gotten some emails regarding technical issues that have carried over from the previous site. Many of you have mentioned continuous spinning and being timed out of rooms. We are addressing these bugs as I write, so rest assured, we have great people on it and will fix it ASAP.

Also, of course there are a lot of questions about prizes. To say we're evaluating them is a bit of an understatement. We have some smart people doing a lot of boring number crunching to figure out a sustainable model for prizes that will keep everyone happy. That said, we plan to have them and make them one of the centerpieces of the site. More on that very soon, I promise.

As I mentioned in my last post, we're going to kick off a fun Halloween promotion next week so watch your mailboxes and the site for some tricks and treats! And more corny jokes :)

The New Winster.com Is Live!

Hello Again Winsters!

I hope you've been resting and making the most of your time off from Winster because it's time to play again!

As you may (or may not) know, Winster.com is no longer operated by Winster Inc.. Click here for details. The new owner, Reloaded Games, Inc. is an established game company that is passionate about social and collaborative gaming. The acquisition of Winster.com was a no brainer for us.

The great news is that we were able to launch with most of the former games and features intact. Although we weren't able to keep all of the former user data, players will be able to use the names and passwords they originally created as well as their accumulated spins. We're also offering a one time 700,000 point bonus to get you started again. We also plan to add a lot of the same great prizes plus many new ones, updated game interfaces and features. And me, the "new Winnie".
